Login to your CCS account, and click SIGN IN.
In the Select Location window, click the drop-down and select the location.
Click CONFIRM.
Note: The Confirm button is enabled only after selecting the location.Go to Pay> Billing> View Invoice Transaction History.
Go toThe user is navigated to the Transaction Search page, in the left navigation bar as depicted in the image below.
In the Transaction Search History page, the user can see the Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Billed To Name, the Invoice Type, and the Total Amount Service Reference #, Service Name, Client Code, the Payment Type, Status, and much more.
Note: The record of the existing transactions related to the logged in user are listed in the Transaction Search section.The admin can search for a transaction by its Invoice Number or Billed To Nameservice name of service reference number or by picking the transaction start and end date. After entering the criteria click on the search icon as highlighted in the image. The Invoice Details are displayed.
To search with a new plan name or to reset the details, click on Reset icon.To download invoice, click on the three dots and select DOWNLOAD INVOICE.
A PDF file of the invoice is downloaded in your system.
The downloaded Invoice gives the detailed picture of all the transactions and summary of the billable events.
To download evidence file, click on the three dots as depicted in the image and select DOWNLOAD EVIDENCE FILE.

Click the drop-down icon, to see more options (secondary search) to search the transaction.
In the Transaction History section, to pull out the details of a particular transaction, you can search by entering either of the following, and then click on the search icon as highlighted in the image.
