This section allows the admin to search and view the transactions along with the option to search, view, and download Download Invoice and Evidence File. With this functionality, Admins can view all available transactions.

Transaction is nothing but when the customer is ready to use the services, they proceed with the transactions and those transactions are visible to the terminal team in the transaction history table.

Steps

  1. Login to your CCS account, and click SIGN IN.

  2. In the Select Location window, click the drop-down and select the location.

  3. Click CONFIRM.
    Note: The Confirm button is enabled only after selecting the location.

  4. Go to Pay> Billing> View Invoice. Transaction History.

  5. The user is navigated to the Transaction Search page, as depicted in the image below.
    In the Transaction History page, the user can see the Service Reference #, Service Name, Client Code, the Payment Type, Status, and much more.
    Note: The record of the existing transactions related to the logged in user are listed in the Transaction Search section.

  6. The admin can search for a transaction by its service name of service reference number or by picking the transaction start and end date. After entering the criteria click on the search image-20240412-140111.pngImage Added icon as highlighted in the image.

  7. Click the drop-down icon, to see more options (secondary search) to search the transaction.

  8. In the Transaction History section, to pull out the details of a particular transaction, you can search by entering either of the following, and then click on the search icon as highlighted in the image.

Search and select the transaction by either entering the service reference number or service name.

Transaction Start Date

Click on the calendar icon and pick a start date of the transaction.
Note: This is a mandatory field

Transaction End Date

Click on the calendar icon and pick a end date of the transaction.
Note: This is a mandatory field

Status

Secondary

Click the drop-down icon and select one of the following statuses:

  • Available for Billing - The Transaction is in this status when the event is pushed successfully to billing system and ready for Billing.

  • Validated - The Transaction is in this status when the event is event is validated against contract but unable to push to Billing system, cEvent is in “Available for billing' status. 

  • Error - The Transaction is in this status when the system is unable to validate the event against customer’s contract. Please ensure this event and location combination is available in customer contract’s and then re-validate the event by clicking on retry image-20240417-080118.pngImage Added icon to ensure Event is in “Available for billing' status. 

  • Failed - The Transaction is in this status when the event is validated against contract but unable to push to Billing system, please click on retry image-20240417-080118.pngImage Added icon to ensure Event is in “Available for billing' status. 

  • Not for Billing - The Transaction is in this status when the event is not to be billed.

Location

Secondary

Click the drop-down icon and select the location.

Payment Type

Secondary

Click the drop-down icon and select the type of payment.

  2. If the transactions are in Validate, Error, or Failed Status, the user can bulk retry the transactions, by selecting the checkbox and clicking on the retry image-20240417-080118.pngImage Added icon.

  3. To download the CSV file, click on the CSV icon as depicted in the image below.

  4. A CSV file is downloaded in your system.

  5. The CSV file gives the detailed picture of all the Transactions that are created and their statuses.
