  1. Login to your CCS account, and click SIGN IN.

  2. In the Select Location window, click the drop-down and select the location.

  3. Click CONFIRM.
    Note: The Confirm button is enabled only after selecting the location.

  4. Go to Configure> Subscription> Subscription Management.

  5. The user is navigated to the Tariff Search page, as depicted in the image below.
    The Tariff Search page the user can see the unique tariff code name, the underlying event, the chargeable event underlying the tariff, and the Activation date.
    Note: The record of the existing tariffs related to the logged in user is listed in the Tariff Search section.

  6. The admin can search for a tariff by its tariff code or tariff name. After entering any criteria click on the search icon as highlighted in the image. The search results are displayed.

  7. To search with a new tariff name or to reset the details, click on Reset icon, or click on the cross icon.

  8. To download the CSV file, click on the CSV icon as depicted in the image below.

  9. An CSV file is downloaded in your system.

  10. The CSV file gives the detailed picture of all the Tariffs that are created and their statuses.
