Introduction

This section describes how a user can view the timeslot in the Quarter, Week and Day level.


Quarter View

1. Navigate to the Timeslots page from the left navigation bar.

By default, Quarter View (Current month + 2) will be displayed.

In case another view is displayed, select Quarterly from the Period dropdown.

2. User can navigate to the next/previous quarter using the arrows marked in the figure.

User can filter the view based on Timeslot Type using the Timeslot Type dropdown(default selection will be All).

3. Each cell represents a day.

Over each day/cell, the Booked quantity for all timeslots of the day/Planned Quantity for all timeslots of the day will be displayed

Days that have no timeslots configured yet will be empty.

Each day will be color-coded based on the Booked quantity for the day.

a. Red - Greater than 95%

b. Green- Less than 80%

c. Amber- 80% to 95%

d. Grey - Past Day

Week View

1. Navigate to the Timeslots page from the left navigation bar. By default, Quarter View will be displayed.

2. Select Week from the Period dropdown.

3. User will be navigated to week view. By default, the current week(Current day + 6) will be displayed

Users can navigate to the next/previous week using the arrows marked in the figure.

Users can also select a day from the calendar menu. The system will display the week(Sun-Sat) in which the selected day exist.

Users can filter the view based on Timeslot Type using the Timeslot Type dropdown(default selection will be All).

4. Each cell represents a timeslot.

Over each timeslot/cell, the Booked quantity for the timeslot/Planned Quantity for the timeslot will be displayed.

Timeslots which are not yet configured will be empty.

Each timeslot will be color-coded based on the Booked quantity for the day.

a. Red - Greater than 95%

b. Green- Less than 80%

c. Amber- 80% to 95%

d. Grey - Past Day

Cells having any peak configuration will be marked with an exclamation mark.
