Introduction

In this section we will describe the following flows:

  1. User Sign up - Steps to create an account

  2. User Login - Steps to login to the application

  3. Forgot Password - Steps to recover account in case user forgets password

  4. User Profile management - View/Edit user details. This section discusses managing the logged in user’s own profile. For user profile management of other users at an admin level visit this page.

  5. Connect to a Company - Steps to send a request to connect to a company. For steps to approve a request by an admin user visit this page.

User Signup

1. Go to the CCS application link. On the login page, click on the SIGN UP link as marked in the image below.


2. Select the Registration Type(Company User, Individual) from the “Your registration type” dropdown and click on the

4. Provide the below personal information of the user in the respective fields and click on the

a. First Name

b. Last Name

c. Email ID

d. Country code and Phone number

Note: The details provided in this step will be used for sending verification links

5. An appropriate password matching the below criteria should be entered in the

Password and Confirm Password fields. The password entered these two fields should match.

Password criteria:

a. At least 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters

b. At least one number, one lower case, and one upper case character

c. At least one special character: [#!*&@ $^]%

Once the user enters the password in the two fields, the

button will be enabled. Click on it.


6. A link to verify your email will be sent to the email id provided in step 4.


7. Open the verification mail from your inbox(of the email id provided in step 4). Click on

titleactivate account


8. User will be navigated to the following page. Click on “Go to DP World Canada” button to navigate to the login page.

9. You will be navigated to the login page.


Login

1. In the login page of CCS application enter your credentials and click on the

button.


3. User will be navigated to the home page.


4. Incase user enters incorrect credentials in step 1, a message “Invalid username or password” will be shown. If the user enters incorrect credentials for more than 4 times, the account will be locked. In this case, the admin user can unlock the user or the user can use forgot password option.


Forgot Password

On the login page of CCS application, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.


2. Enter Email ID or Username and click on

3. A verification link will be sent to the registered email id. In case you did not receive it, click on the

button in the email


4. A message “Your email has been verified” is displayed. Enter the new password in Password and Confirm password fields and click on the

button.

Note: All the password criteria mentioned in the “User Signup” section are applicable here.


5. User will be navigated to the below page. A message “Your password is reset successfully, Please login with new password” is displayed. Users can click on the

button to navigate to the login page.


Connect to a Company

1. Click on the

button on the home page. The same option is present in the Workspace section of User Profile.


2. Provide the following details and click on the

  • Company Name - Partial name is sufficient (Mandatory field)

  • State/Province - Select from State/Province dropdown (Optional field)

  • Country - Select from Country dropdown (Optional field)

  • Company Email Domain (Optional field)


3. Click on the company name of the company you want to connect to

button in the confirmation pop up


5. A message “Connect with company request sent to {Company Name} admin. Check your profile for updates” will be displayed on the home screen. An entry with PENDING status will be present in the Workspace page(Requested Workspace section) of the User Profile. This request needs to be approved by the Company Admin user.


User Profile

View User Profile

1. Click on the user icon in the top pane. Click on “My Profile” from the dropdown.


2. User will be navigated to the My Profile page. Users can use the left navigation bar to go to different pages and view the details

Users can see general information about their profile from this page. The

Status
titleadd user
button is will be present only for admin users.

Users can see details about the associated companies from this page.


Users can expand the Additional Workspace and Requested Workspace section to see more details

Users can see their rights and permissions in this section.


Any user-related documents uploaded will be shown here.


Change Password

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings page using the left navigation bar.
    Click on the

2. Enter the current password in the Old Password field
Enter the new password in New Password and Confirm New Password field.

Password entered in the two fields should match.

Password entered should match the below criteria

a. At least 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters

c. At least one special character: [#!*&@ $^]%

3. A message “Password Successfully Changed” will be displayed. The user will now be able to login with the new password.


Edit profile

Users can edit the following details:

My Profile page: First Name, Last Name, Country Code, Phone Number

Documents: Add a new document.

To start editing, click on the

icon at the bottom pane.

Once the

Status
titleEDIT
button is clicked, the user can navigate only to My Profile , Documents and Account Settings page until the modifications are saved.


Edit My Profile

Navigate to the My Profile page using the left navigation bar.

Modify the required fields and click on

button


Add new document

1. Navigate to the Documents page using the left navigation bar.

Click on “ADD NEW DOCUMENT”


2. Enter Document Name.

Click on

titleUPLOAD DOCUMENT(MAX 10MB)
and upload the required document.
