Introduction
This page describes how to search for a container appointment and view detailed information of a container appointment
Search
1. Navigate to the Container Appointment page using the top navigation bar(Manage → GATE → Container Appointment).
By default, the container appointments for the date range (current day - 6 days from the current day) will be displayed. In case there are no container appointments for this range, an appropriate message will be shown.
All container appointments will be shown for CCS Admin and Terminal admin users
Trucking Company users can see only the container appointments associated with the company.

3. User can perform a search using one or more parameters shown on the screen.

4. Search results matching the criteria will be displayed.
All the dates in the search results are in DD/MM/YYYY format
5. User can click on the down arrow corresponding to a record to display additional details of that appointment.
View
1. Navigate to the Container Appointment page and search with the required parameters.
2. Click on the CCS ID corresponding to a container appointment.
3. You will be navigated to the View Appointment Details page of that appointment. The information displayed on this screen will be dependent on the appointment type. Refer to the screenshots below
View Hazard and OOG details
1. The Hazard field in the View Appointment Details page will have the value Yes in case hazard information is present for that container.
Click on the Yes link to view Hazard details
2. The hazard details will be displayed in a pop-up.
3. The OOG field in the View Appointment Details page will have the value Yes in case OOG information is present for that container.
Click on the Yes link to view OOG dimensions.
4. The OOG Dimensions details will be displayed in a pop-up.
